Pre-MAF preparation using two patented methods

Pre-MAF therapy is immunotherapy originally developed by Morita. Blood is collected, centrifuged, and serum separated. The serum obtained from individuals who undergo blood collection is reacted with an enzyme to cleave galactose from the Gc globulin. After enzymatic treatment, pre-MAF is purified*1using a specific adsorption resin*2synthesized by our company.

In "serum," the band for the target substance, pre-MAF, cannot be confirmed due to the large variety and amount of other proteins. However, when sera are specifically purified using patented technology, the purity of pre-MAF increases, and the band can be confirmed.
